Shepherd's Fold Ministry is a Christian transitional home. A place where men can find a new life from their addictions through the life changing message of Jesus Christ! We have two facilities one located in Paragould, Arkansas and one located in Cardwell, MO.
Residents spend 8 months in house and then enter our outpatient phase for 4 months of aftercare. During their 8 months in house they attend church, Celebrate Recovery, Overcomers program, and have daily Bible studies. They learn responsibility by doing daily chores, work projects, and eventually obtain employment.
During the out patient part of the program the men are subjected to random drug screens and must attend 2 meetings each week. They transition back into society by applying the skills they have learned.
We reach out to the entire family by providing the families of the men who enter our program with food boxes, hygiene items, cleaning supplies, and paper products.

*If the child of the home comes to Christ first the there is a 3.5% chance of the family coming to know Christ
*If the mother of the home comes to Christ there is a 17% change of the family coming to know Christ
*If the father of the home comes to Christ first there is 93% chance of the rest of the family coming to know Christ
The mission of the Ministry is to create an environment where men are inspired to connect to their God-ordained destiny through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, grounding them in the message of God's unconditional love and grace in order to transition back into their communities and their loved ones.
Shepherd's Fold Ministry is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization with the dedication to helping men overcome their addictions.

I grew up in a Christian family. I was surrounded by God and church my entire life. I graduated from high school excelling in both sports and academics. I also graduated from Arkansas State University earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. I was raised in a Christian home but just followed through the motions of doing Christian things that I thought you were supposed to do, I didn’t know Him, I just knew about Him. I found myself searching for purpose and meaning in people and also in myself. Whether that was friends or relationships I poured my whole heart into them. I became very fixated on my self and my image. I became consumed with what people thought of me and was living for the acceptance of the world. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. (Romans 12:2)
I’ve been married twice with both ending in divorce. I was also in a car accident that almost took my arm. At my lowest point when I was alone and afraid God drew me into Him. From growing up in a Christian home, I knew what to do. I knew that He could save me if I just let Him. I confessed that I am a sinner, a user, and all my wrongs. I acknowledge that He sent Jesus to die on the cross so that I can be saved from my sin and have eternal life. I committed to living for God instead of others.
Since knowing Him, God showed me that being a Christian isn’t about just doing good works. He made it clear that I do not have to earn my salvation or His love. (Ephesians 2: 8-9) Says:” for it is by grace you have been save, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God, not by works so that no one can boast, He has given me fulfillment as well as purpose and joy.” I am far from perfect and I still mess up but God loves me despite my flaws and imperfections. When drugs continually let me down God has never once left me. He has shown himself to me in His word. God loved me even at my lowest point; He rescued me from myself and an eternal separation from Him. “ Sometimes the brightest light comes from the darkest places.” DRC

As soon as I walked through the doors I felt a huge weight lift of my shoulders and I knew I was exactly where I needed to be. I felt love and I learned how to love. Most of all I let go of the horrible things my stepfather did to my mother and I. I found a peace in the Lord and no longer let those past hang-ups bring me back to the point of usage.
